First day of school

Well today we started our first day of school...but at home. Since we are moving to Peru in October it didn't seem worth putting them in school so we are doing some home school until we get there. The kids are really excited about it and I am so happy to get to spend more time with them!

Isabel is growing up

Isabel is growing up so much. She is running around, saying a new word every day, and full of exploration ideas. All bathroom doors must remain closed because she loves to play in the toilet water or try to sit on it like we all do (but in her clothes). She loves shoes and babies and pink candies. (She drags grandpa off his chair and pulls him over to where the candies are hidden and points and says "uh uh".) She always wants to be doing what her sisters are doing and runs after them all the time. She is the cause of most of my daily frustration and most of my daily laughter. I love you Iz.

Family trip to McCall

We took a family trip to McCall at the end of July. It was a little bit of Heaven on earth. We rented her skis and bikes. We went on this awesome hike where we saw 4 deer and ate huckleberries all along the way. It was a great family bonding time!

Snuggles

Every morning Mazie comes in and greets me with a big good morning hug, tells me she wants breakfast,
and then snuggles me as I slowly wake up. It's the best alarm clock of all times.
